The Lit Mama Coach

For the mom who’s holding it all together and falling apart at the same time.

I’m Tabbitha — mom of six, cycle-breaker, and a women’s trauma-informed coach. I help moms heal out loud: no performing, no pretending, no toxic positivity. Just real talk, practical tools, and the kind of honesty that actually changes things.

How it works

  • The Deep Dive first: a 2–3 hour opening session. Your honest inventory, your goals, our expectations — the foundation.
  • Then weekly 1-hour sessions. Focused, consistent, no fluff.
  • Daily check-ins between sessions. Short touchpoints to keep momentum.
  • Clear goals set together in the Deep Dive, reviewed as we go.
  • Single sessions at $75/hr.

Packages — built around results, not hours

  • Life Balance — 4 weeks — $500. The result: steadier days. For the mom running on fumes who needs relief now. Deep Dive plus weekly sessions on triggers, boundaries, and your steady-days plan.
  • Focus Healing — 8 weeks — $1,000. The result: real shifts. For the mom ready to dig into the patterns underneath. Deep Dive plus weekly sessions on shame, your story, grief, anger, and integration.
  • Finding Peace — 16 weeks — $1,500. The result: lasting peace. The full journey — sixteen weeks, every theme from inventory to integration, plus your personal maintenance plan.

More options

  • The Deep Dive Intensive — single 2–3 hour session at $75/hr. One big session. A breakthrough on one thing, or a way to try working with me before a package.
  • Discovery Conversation — free. A free 30-minute chat. Not a sales call — a real conversation about whether coaching fits. Call or text 226.998.2161 to book.
  • Women’s Healing Group — ongoing. A weekly circle of women doing this work side by side. Themed sessions, daily check-ins, clear group expectations, capped small.

What it isn’t

Coaching isn’t therapy, and I’m not a therapist. I won’t diagnose you, treat mental health conditions, or dig into clinical trauma work — that’s a therapist’s lane, and I’ll be straight with you if what you need is bigger than coaching.

Ready when you are

If any of this hit home, reach out: call or text 226.998.2161. No pitch, no pressure, no 'spots are filling fast' nonsense — just a conversation about where you are and whether coaching makes sense. Not sure yet? Read the blog, listen to the podcast, take what helps. The door’s open whenever.

A gentle note: If you’re in crisis or dealing with something that needs clinical care, please reach out to a licensed therapist, counselor, or crisis line in your area.
