Lit Mama Coach

Helping moms heal out loud.

I'm Tabbitha — mom of six, and a women's trauma-informed coach. The Lit Mama Coach is the coaching side of MamAntics: same raw honesty, same zero judgment, with a little more structure for the moms who are ready to do the work.

What happens here

This is a space for moms who are healing, breaking cycles, and finding themselves again in the middle of motherhood — not after it, not when the kids are grown, now. We talk about the real stuff: the guilt, the rage, the grief for the life you thought you'd have, and the slow, unglamorous work of becoming someone your kids get to watch heal.

The 16-Week Trauma Program

A 16-week guided coaching program that works hand in hand with the Lit Mama Coach journal. Each week pairs a coaching focus with journal work, so the healing isn't just talked about — it's written down, witnessed, and built on, one honest week at a time. Sixteen weeks of small steps, real talk, and showing up for yourself the way you show up for everybody else.

What I believe

Healing doesn't happen by pretending you're fine. It happens out loud — in the honest conversation, the apology after you yell, the boundary you finally hold. You don't have to be healed to start. You just have to be honest.

A note on coaching

Coaching is not therapy. I don't diagnose or treat anything. I'm a coach and a fellow mom who's lived it — here to walk beside you, ask the real questions, and help you build the next step. If you need clinical support, I'll always tell you to get it. That's strength, not failure.
